General Shipping Info

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, returns/exchanges. Should you have any other queries call or email us to discuss. 

Occasionally a product may be sold out at time of purchase, If an item is out of stock we will notify you ASAP to discuss time frame or alternatives.

Colours

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, MCD cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Shipping

Melanie Craig Design online store will endeavor to process and deliver your order within 2–5 working days. All packages are traced.

Please allow up to 14-20 working days for delivery to Australia. All packages are traced.Please note we are unable to ship to PO BOX address so please advise of a physical address.

Cost of Shipping

0kg - 2kg (Nationwide) 1 - 4 working days $10

2kg - 15kg (South Island) 1 - 4 working days $20

We use Fastway Couriers for all our deliveries, this is a SIGNATURE REQUIRED service. PLEASE NOTE when you sign for a parcel you are signing that you have received the goods in good condition, please do not sign for your goods until you have inspected them.   We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. 

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays, Fastway DO NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.  

For AUSTRALIAN orders YES we now ship to you! Shipping costs start at $30NZ and are determined on the weight or your order and the zone you live in, this will be added at the last stages of your online order.  Shipping time is approximately 7 working days, not including order processing time and a tracking number will be supplied to you.  This is a NON SIGNATURE service, once Fastway couriers have confirmed delivery to the correct address we can take no further responsibility.

Returns & Cancellations

If received goods do not meet your expectations, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

When you return goods to us, we'll pay the return postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Please return goods to us in their original condition and packaging.

Should you want to cancel your order before shipping, please phone us on +64 3 443 5312 or email as soon as possible, and we will cancel your order. Once orders have shipped, you will need to please return your item back to us and we will then process a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you fill in our contact form we need to know your name and email address, your phone number is optional. We use this information to contact you directly and if you tick the newsletter box you will be added to our irregular newsletter list.

Will Melanie Craig Design share the information it collects to outside parties?

Melanie Craig Design does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Payment

Paystation facilitates the secure checkout process. The payment process is hosted securely by Paystation and Melanie Craig Design does not hold any credit card information taken during the payment process.
