• Concept drawings
• Product research and options discussed
• Concept plans chosen and approved
• Design development stage, certified working drawings provided including all details, specifications, elevations and products
Hand-over options
o Option One: Plans released to client, designer will have meetings with trades to ensure plans are clearly understood
o Option two – Designer tenders plans to aligned trades. Designer
appointed to project manage to ensure smooth process and the best
results are obtained for the client, with regular inspections through
to job completion.
